How do I book a session with you?

First, let me say I am so happy you are here and considering me.  There are a couple of steps:

  • Complete your style profile 

  • Schedule your 30-minute complimentary consultation.  

  • After your consultation, pay your retainer and you're booked!

How much is your retainer fee?

All packages and services require a 50% retainer fee unless otherwise specified.

How much time in advance is needed to hire you for my upcoming event or photoshoot?

I prefer a two-week window for major events or photoshoots; however, that may not always be feasible.  As long as the date is available on the calendar, you can fill your spot 😊 

What services do you offer?

I offer several services for various needs from sourcing items to full wardrobe styling.  Please view the service page here.

What are your rates?

Rates vary per service and every client is unique therefore we discuss rates during the consultation call once I have a full understanding of your needs. Afterward, you will receive a proposal.

What if I need to reschedule my event or photoshoot?

Please let me know 48 hours in advance (written notice). Services may be rescheduled if the Client provides this notice within the designated timeframe. All services are non-refundable.

Can I hire you just to shop for me? Do you go shopping with me?

Absolutely; however, this is a service exclusive to existing clients. After few appointments, I will have a solid understanding of your personal style and shopping needs.. Personal shopping is available in 4-month increments or a 12-month commitment.. This is ideal for clients that need quarterly content, would like seasonal updates to their wardrobe, or just want to be sure they have items in the closet as they want them!

Where are you located?

I typically work between St. Louis, MO and Atlanta, GA.  I reside in Atlanta and visit St. Louis monthly. We can discuss your needs and make arrangements as needed.

Do you decide on hair, nails, and makeup?

As an image consultant and personal stylist, I advise and make recommendations on your entire appearance but the final decision is yours.

What is your return policy or guarantee?

All services are non-refundable, but we guarantee you will have a fun, exciting, transformative experience. We've never had a client that wasn’t happy and don’t plan on it. We love to hear clients’ feedback about their experience to enhance it for the next client!

Does your rate include my shopping budget?

No, it doesn’t.  You decide your shopping budget and what works for you. After we discuss your project in detail,  we will review what is reasonable for your needs.

How do we purchase the clothes? Do you purchase or do I?

Clients provide me with the shopping funds and I make all purchases and exchanges for all package services depending on the service. During recap and wrap-out, the client receives a full expense report and any remaining funds.  Any purchases over the budget are preapproved by the client.  The client will be invoiced for any overages.
